1. Arrival and Departure Times: We welcome you from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM onwards. Please inform us of your arrival time so that we can ensure a smooth check-in process. Check-out time is strictly at 11:00 AM to allow us enough time to prepare the accommodations for our next guests.
2. On-Site Services and Amenities: You can order drinks and snacks at our reception, where you’ll also find tourist information and products for sale. Each tiny house is equipped with board games, books, and magazines. Outdoor amenities include a small petanque court, with balls and molkky pins provided.
3. Cooking Facilities and Nearby Restaurants: Every tiny house features a kitchenette with a gas stove, fridge, sink, and basic cooking utensils. We also offer gourmet baskets with local products. As for dining out, there are several restaurant options nearby, which you can explore in the « Activities » section.
4. WiFi and Internet Access: Yes, WiFi is available, and you can find the access code in your tiny house’s welcome booklet.
5. Bedding, Towels, and Toiletries: We provide all bedding, towels, and basic toiletries to make your stay comfortable, including soap, dishwashing liquid, and shower gel.
6. Child-Friendly Facilities: While our tiny houses may not be suitable for families with children due to their compact size and stairs, we can provide a cot and high chair upon request for newborns.
7. Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises.

9. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash and card payments only; we do not accept checks or holiday vouchers.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy: You have the option to cancel your reservation free of charge up to 5 days before your arrival. In this case, we will provide a refund via bank transfer only. However, after this deadline, no refunds will be possible. Additionally, please note that any early departure during your stay will not be eligible for a refund.
11. I have booked a pastry course on Sunday afternoon but I am not staying overnight from Sunday to Monday. Can I stay nearby until the start of the course? Certainly, we ask you to vacate the room by 11 am to allow us to prepare the premises for our next guests, but you are welcome to stay near the reception area, enjoy the terrace, and partake in on-site activities if you wish.
